A visit to the spacious contemporary Cockfighter’s Ghost Cellar Door is one of the highlights of a visit to the Hunter Valley. It is located on the historic Post Office Vineyard and is surrounded by the region’s oldest shiraz vines dating back to the 1890’s which makes the flagship Poole’s Rock Shiraz.

Today, under the ownership of the Agnew Wines, Cockfighter’s Ghost wines continue to be made from the best grapes, specifically selected from vineyards and regions throughout Australia, acknowledged as amongst the best for each variety.
